To ensure a smooth exchange, please confirm the following:

• The perfume must be in its original, unopened condition.
• The exchange request should be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase (screenshot of payment made or order number/confirmation) is required.
• Extra shipping charges will be applicable.

Step 1: Prepare Your Package

1. Original Packaging: Make sure the perfume is securely packaged in its original box and the box should remain unharmed.

3. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange.

Step 2: Ship the Product

1. Return Shipping: Carefully package the perfume to prevent damage during shipping.
2. Ship the Package: Send the package via a trackable shipping method for your records.
3. Tracking: Keep track of your return shipment to confirm it arrives at our facility.

Step 3: Receive Your New Product

Upon successful processing of your exchange, we will ship your new perfume within [3-5] business days. If exchanging for a different fragrance, be aware of any price differences that may apply.

REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase and that is why we offer exchange however, We stand behind the unsurpassed quality of our ingredients and due to the highly subjective nature of smell, we cannot offer refunds for fragrances that you dislike. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be returned for a refund, regardless of the condition of the product.
